We specialize in the custom manufacturing of FR4 printed circuit boards, the most widely used PCB substrate solution in the electronics industry, covering 1 to 56 layers of designs from rapid prototyping to large-scale volume production. Using high-quality flame-retardant glass fiber epoxy resin substrates from well-known domestic and international brands, our FR4 PCBs deliver stable electrical insulation, excellent mechanical strength, superior environmental resistance and outstanding cost performance. They are fully compatible with conventional and complex manufacturing processes, strictly comply with IPC international standards, and are the preferred universal solution for most electronic product applications, covering consumer, industrial, automotive, medical, communication and other industries.

Quality Control
We have established a full-chain quality control management system for FR4 PCBs, from IQC full inspection of incoming substrates including TG value, peel strength, copper thickness and flame retardant performance, to first article inspection, IPQC tour inspection and real-time process parameter monitoring during production, to 100% finished product testing before delivery including open/short circuit test, impedance verification, thermal stress test, microsection analysis and solderability test. We control product quality throughout the whole process to ensure every batch of products meets design and international standards.
