What is your minimum order quantity for PCBA assembly?
We support PCBA assembly orders starting from 5 pieces for prototype, up to 100,000+ pieces for full-scale volume production. There is no minimum order quantity limitation for standard assembly services.
What is your standard lead time for PCBA assembly?
Standard prototype assembly (1-100 pieces): 5-7 working days after all files and components are confirmed
Low to medium volume assembly (101-10,000 pieces): 7-12 working days
High volume mass production (over 10,000 pieces): 10-20 working days according to order quantity
Full turnkey assembly lead time includes PCB fabrication, component sourcing, and assembly
Expedited assembly service is available for urgent orders, with lead time confirmed based on order details
What assembly services do you offer?
We offer a full range of PCBA assembly services:
Full turnkey assembly: PCB fabrication + component sourcing + assembly + testing
Consigned assembly: customer provides PCB and all components, we provide assembly service
Partial consigned assembly: customer provides critical components, we source the rest
SMT only assembly
Through-hole only assembly
Mixed technology assembly
Testing and programming service
Conformal coating service
Box build assembly service
Can you source components for our PCBA order?
Yes, we offer full component sourcing service for turnkey orders. We source all components from authorized distributors and original manufacturers, with 100% original and genuine guarantee. We do not use refurbished or counterfeit components without your explicit written confirmation. We can also provide alternative component recommendations for long lead time, obsolete, or out of stock components, with your approval before purchase.
What information do you need to source components?
We need a complete BOM file with manufacturer name, manufacturer part number, description, package, and quantity for each component. We also need your confirmation on alternative components, quality grade, and lead time requirements.
Can we provide our own components for assembly?
Yes, we offer consigned assembly service, where you provide all PCB and components, we only provide assembly service. We also offer partial consigned assembly service, where you provide critical components, we source the rest. For consigned components, please provide components with complete original packaging and labels, and clearly mark moisture-sensitive and ESD-sensitive components. We will conduct incoming inspection for all consigned components before assembly.
What files do you need for PCBA assembly?
The mandatory files we need are:
Gerber file for PCB fabrication
Complete BOM file in Excel format
Centroid file (Pick and Place file) with component coordinates
Optional files according to your order requirements:
Assembly drawing with polarity indication and special notes
Functional test specification and test fixture
Firmware file for programming
What is the minimum component size you can assemble?
We can assemble surface mount components down to 01005 package (0.4mm × 0.2mm), and fine-pitch components down to 0.3mm lead spacing. For BGA components, we support minimum ball pitch of 0.25mm.
How to mark Do Not Place (DNP) components in BOM file?
Please mark DNP components clearly in the "Notes" column of your BOM file, with "DNP" or "Do Not Place" indicated. Please also confirm the DNP list with our team before order production, to avoid wrong assembly.
What assembly standards do you follow?
All our PCBA assembly processes strictly follow IPC-A-610 international standards. We offer three assembly classes according to your application requirements:
Class 1: General consumer electronics applications
Class 2: Industrial control, automotive, and telecommunication applications
Class 3: Medical devices, aerospace, and high-reliability applications
What inspection and testing do you perform on assembled PCBA?
We perform the following standard inspection for all assembled boards:
3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) after printing
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) after reflow soldering
X-Ray Inspection for BGA, QFN, and other hidden solder joint components
Final visual inspection by certified IPC specialists
We also offer optional testing services according to your requirements:
In-Circuit Testing (ICT)
Flying Probe Testing
Functional Testing (FCT)
Embedded System Testing and programming
Aging Testing
Environmental reliability testing
How do you ensure component authenticity?
All components we source are from authorized distributors and original manufacturers, with complete supply chain traceability. We conduct incoming inspection for all components, including model verification, package check, and electrical testing for sample components. We can provide component batch number, distributor invoice, and authenticity certificate for high-reliability application orders. We never use refurbished, counterfeit, or reclaimed components without customer explicit written approval.
