Quality Control
We have established a dedicated quality control system for PCB prototypes, from IQC full inspection of incoming raw materials, to first article confirmation, IPQC tour inspection and real-time parameter monitoring during production, to 100% finished product inspection before delivery including automated optical inspection (AOI), flying probe test, continuity and open circuit verification, impedance analysis and thermal stress test.
