1. Terms of Service
This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User", "you", "customer") and PCBFuture ("we", "us", "our", the "Company"). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our PCB manufacturing and assembly services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the full content of this Agreement.
1.1 Service Scope
We provide global customers with one-stop PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, component sourcing, and related supporting manufacturing services. All product manufacturing and quality judgment strictly comply with the IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 industry standards.
1.2 Quotation & Ordering
To obtain a formal quotation, you must provide complete and accurate Gerber files, BOM (Bill of Materials), assembly drawings, and other relevant materials. All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
We provide a free Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review for all orders. You are responsible for confirming revised documents in a timely manner, and we will not be liable for extended lead times caused by your delayed response.
An order is formally confirmed and effective only when you have accepted the final quotation, submitted the final production files, and completed the agreed advance payment.
Order modifications are only accepted before the start of production. Any changes requested after production has commenced will incur additional engineering fees, material costs, and extended lead times, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decide whether to accept modifications once production is underway.
1.3 Payment Terms
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other secure payment methods specified on our official website.
Full payment is required before the start of production for prototype and small-batch orders. For high-volume production orders, the payment method and advance payment ratio shall be determined through friendly negotiation between both parties before order confirmation, with the remaining balance payable in full before product shipment.
All prices listed on our website or in quotations are exclusive of international shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other related government levies in the destination country. You are solely responsible for all such fees and taxes.
1.4 Order Cancellation
Cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation, before the start of the DFM review and production scheduling: full refund with no administrative fee.
Cancellation after the DFM review is completed, but before production starts and materials are procured: a 15% administrative fee of the total order value will be charged.
Once production has commenced: full order cancellation will not be accepted, and you shall bear all incurred material and production costs.
Once the product is fully manufactured and enters the quality inspection or shipping stage: no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
1.5 Shipping & Delivery
Production lead time is calculated from the date of order confirmation and receipt of payment, excluding weekends, public holidays, and delays caused by reasons beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss, damage, or destruction of the products pass to you upon delivery to the international shipping carrier. You are solely responsible for customs clearance in the destination country, and we will not be liable for any related losses caused by incorrect customs information provided by you.
1.6 Intellectual Property Rights
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights to the design files and production materials provided to us. We only use these materials to fulfill your order, and will not disclose them to third parties or use them for other purposes without your written permission.
You warrant that the materials provided by you do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. If any related disputes and losses arise as a result, you shall bear full responsibility.
1.7 Warranty & Disclaimer
We provide a 30-day limited warranty for products from the date of receipt. The warranty scope is strictly limited to non-conformity of the product with the agreed specifications caused by our manufacturing or assembly errors.
We are not liable for issues caused by design defects, your own modification/improper use, problems with consigned components provided by you, force majeure, or other reasons not attributable to us, and such issues are not covered by the warranty.
Except for the express warranty stated above, we make no other express or implied warranty commitments of any kind.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall our total aggregate liability to you for a single order exceed the total amount you have actually paid to us for that order.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
1.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of the commencement of negotiations, either party may submit the dispute to any legally qualified arbitration institution in Chinese Mainland for arbitration in accordance with the then-effective arbitration rules of such institution. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
1.10 General Provisions
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted on our official website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
