Quality Control
We have established a standardized full-process quality control system for standard PCBs, from incoming material IQC inspection to ensure substrate consistency, to first article confirmation and IPQC full-process tour inspection during production, to 100% automated optical inspection (AOI), flying probe open/short circuit test, thermal stress test and final QA sampling inspection before delivery. This ensures that every PCB meets IPC quality standards and your design requirements.
