Technical Advantages
Flexible Programming Modes: Offline programming supports pre-programming of components before SMT assembly, ideal for high-volume production and standard firmware. Online In-System Programming supports firmware loading after PCBA assembly, supporting post-assembly firmware updates, custom parameter configuration, and last-minute firmware revisions.
Integrated Workflow: IC programming is fully integrated into our turnkey PCBA process, synchronized with component sourcing, SMT assembly, and functional testing. We handle firmware file reception, programming parameter configuration, chip programming, verification, and final assembly and testing, reducing production lead time and management costs.
IP Protection
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for every project involving IC programming. A qualified programming management system is adopted with restricted access to firmware files. All firmware files are permanently deleted after project completion, with no unauthorized retention or distribution.
Quality Assurance
Multi-Stage Verification: Every programmed IC undergoes 100% verification, including blank check before programming, full data verification after programming, checksum confirmation, and functional verification. Optional burn-in testing is provided for high-reliability applications.
