Flexible Sourcing Cooperation Models
To adapt to different project requirements and customer preferences, we offer four flexible sourcing models:
Full Turnkey Sourcing: We take full responsibility for the entire BOM procurement process, including component selection, supplier qualification, price negotiation, order placement, incoming quality inspection, inventory management, and logistics distribution. No component substitution will be performed without your written approval, ensuring full consistency of component quality and performance.
Partial Turnkey Sourcing: You provide key components and designated materials. Our procurement team is responsible for sourcing the remaining standard components. Production schedules are synchronized to ensure smooth progress of the entire project.
Consigned Kitted Sourcing: You provide all components for the project. We offer professional incoming quality inspection, warehousing, storage management, and kitting services. A complete component inspection report will be issued before production to confirm the quality and quantity of all materials.
Hybrid Sourcing: We flexibly combine the above models to meet complex project needs, such as multi-region component procurement, key component consignment, alternate part management, and emergency component supplementation, maximizing supply chain stability and cost efficiency.
