X-Ray Inspection: After reflow soldering, we perform 100% X-ray inspection on every BGA assembly, to check for hidden defects such as solder bridges, voids, insufficient solder, open circuits, and misalignment. This is critical for BGA components, as the solder joints are hidden under the package and cannot be inspected with standard AOI.
