Complete file submission requirements
To start your PCBA order quickly, please submit the following complete files:
Gerber file for PCB bare board fabrication
Bill of Materials (BOM) file in Excel format
Centroid file (Pick and Place file) with component coordinates and rotation data
Assembly drawing with polarity indication, special assembly notes, and mechanical requirements
Functional test specification and test fixture if functional testing is required
Firmware file if programming service is requiredIncomplete files will cause delay in order processing and production start.
BOM file standard requirements
BOM file must include manufacturer name, manufacturer part number, description, package, quantity, and designator for each component
Please confirm the accuracy of manufacturer part number, as wrong part number will cause wrong component sourcing and assembly
Please mark alternative components clearly in BOM file, with priority level indicated
Please mark non-mount components with "DNP" (Do Not Place) clearly in BOM file
Please mark moisture-sensitive components, electrostatic sensitive components, and special handling components clearly in BOM file
Design file special requirements
Please mark polarity of polarized components clearly on PCB silkscreen and assembly drawing, including diodes, electrolytic capacitors, ICs, and connectors
Please ensure the consistency between Gerber file, BOM file, and centroid file, including component package, pad size, and coordinate data
Please add sufficient test points on PCB for electrical testing and functional testing, with test point diameter no less than 0.8mm
Please keep sufficient clearance between components, especially for BGA, QFN, and fine-pitch components, to facilitate rework and inspection
Component sourcing options
We offer three component sourcing options for your PCBA order:
Full turnkey sourcing: We source all components from authorized distributors and original manufacturers according to your BOM file
Consigned components: You provide all components for the order, we only provide assembly service
Partial consigned: You provide critical components, we source the rest of the components according to BOM filePlease confirm the sourcing option before order confirmation, to avoid duplicate sourcing and delay.
Component quality and authenticity
All components we source are from authorized distributors and original manufacturers, with 100% original and genuine guarantee
We do not use refurbished, counterfeit, or reclaimed components without customer explicit confirmation
We provide component batch number and traceability information for high-reliability application orders
For consigned components, please provide components with complete packaging and original labels, to avoid quality issues caused by improper storage
Component pre-processing requirements
Moisture-sensitive components must be stored in dry cabinet, and baked according to manufacturer specification before assembly
Electrostatic sensitive components must be handled with full ESD protection during the entire assembly process
Components with special storage requirements must be clearly marked, with storage conditions specified
Tape and reel packaging is recommended for automatic placement, to avoid manual placement delay and accuracy issues
Assembly class selection
We offer three assembly classes according to IPC-A-610 standard:
Class 1: General consumer electronics applications
Class 2: Industrial control, automotive, and telecommunication applications
Class 3: Medical devices, aerospace, and high-reliability applicationsPlease confirm the assembly class before order production, as different classes have different defect acceptance standards and production processes.
Testing service requirements
Please provide detailed functional test specification if you require functional testing service
Please provide test fixture if you require in-circuit testing service
Please provide firmware file and programming specification if you require chip programming service
Please confirm the testing conditions and acceptance standards before production, to avoid test result disputes
Lead time related reminders
Standard PCBA prototype lead time is 5-7 working days after all files and components are confirmed
Volume production lead time is 7-15 working days according to order quantity and complexity
Expedited service is available for urgent orders, with lead time confirmed according to order details
Order processing will be delayed if files are incomplete, components are not available, or design changes are made after order confirmation
