What is your minimum order quantity?
We have zero minimum order quantity limitation for standard PCB specifications. We support prototype orders starting from 1 piece, up to full-scale volume production over 100,000 pieces.
What is your standard lead time?
Standard double-sided PCB prototype: 3-5 working days
Standard 4-6 layer PCB prototype: 5-7 working days
8-12 layer PCB prototype: 7-10 working days
Standard volume production: 5-12 working days according to order quantity
Advanced PCB including HDI, rigid-flex, high-frequency: lead time confirmed according to design complexity, We also offer expedited production service for urgent orders, with lead time confirmed based on specific design requirements.
What file formats do you accept for PCB production?
We accept Gerber RS-274X format as the standard production file, which is the most widely used format in the global PCB industry. We also accept design files from EDA software including Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD, PADS, and Cadence Allegro. We can generate Gerber files from your original design files for free, with your confirmation before production.
What is the minimum trace width and spacing I can use?
Our standard minimum trace width and spacing is 3/3mil for mass production, which ensures stable yield and reliable performance. We can support minimum 2/2mil trace width and spacing for prototype orders, with appropriate design adjustments recommended by our engineering team to improve manufacturability.
What is impedance control? What tolerance can you achieve?
Impedance control is the design and manufacturing process to control the characteristic impedance of transmission lines on PCB, to match the impedance of the signal source and load, reducing signal reflection and loss. We can achieve impedance control tolerance of ±5% for high-precision requirements, and ±10% for standard requirements, based on IPC-2141 standard.
What is the difference between through hole, blind via, and buried via?
Through hole: Drilled through the entire PCB, connecting all layers of the board
Blind via: Connects the outer layer to one or more inner layers, without drilling through the entire board
Buried via: Connects only inner layers, not visible from the outer surface of the boardBlind and buried vias are widely used in HDI and high-density designs, to save board space and improve routing density.
What quality standards do you follow?
All our PCB production strictly follows IPC-A-600 and IPC-6012 international standards. We offer three quality classes according to your application requirements:
Class 1: For general consumer electronics applications
Class 2: For industrial control, automotive, and telecommunication applications
Class 3: For medical devices, aerospace, and high-reliability applications
What testing do you perform on every PCB?
We perform 100% full electrical testing on every PCB before shipment, including continuity test, isolation test, and impedance verification for impedance controlled boards. We also perform AOI inspection for inner and outer layers, X-Ray inspection for multilayer boards, and final visual inspection for all boards. We can provide additional testing services including thermal stress test, solderability test, and microsection analysis according to your requirements.
Do you offer RoHS compliant PCB?
Yes, all our standard PCB production uses RoHS compliant materials, including lead-free surface finish options. We can also offer leaded production for specific industrial and aerospace applications, with customer confirmation.
