Return Policy

1. Return Policy

This Policy applies to all PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly services provided by PCBFuture. All products are custom-made to your specifications, so return and refund applications are only accepted under the circumstances specified in this Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the full content of this Policy.

 

1.1 Application Requirements

All return and refund applications must be submitted within 7 calendar days of product receipt. Late applications will not be accepted.

 

Applications must include your order number, clear photos/videos of the defective product, a description of the issue, and relevant test reports. We reserve the right to reject applications with incomplete materials.

 

IPC industry standards agreed in the order shall be the sole basis for product quality judgment.

 

1.2 Eligible Applications

We will only accept applications verified by our technical team to be issues caused solely by PCBFuture, including:

 

The finished product does not match the final confirmed production files and agreed standards, caused by our manufacturing or assembly errors.

 

Product functional failure is caused entirely by our manufacturing or assembly errors (excluding design defects and component selection errors by the user).

 

Physical damage to the product occurs during transportation from our facility to your delivery address, and you provide relevant damage vouchers within 48 hours of receipt.

 

1.3 Non-Eligible Applications

We will not accept any return or refund applications for issues not caused by PCBFuture, including but not limited to:

 

Issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inherently defective design files provided by you.

 

Product defects caused by quality issues with consigned components provided by you.

 

Damage caused by soldering, modification, disassembly, or improper use by you or a third party after receipt.

 

Minor cosmetic imperfections within IPC standard tolerances that do not affect the core functionality of the product.

 

Issues caused by changes requested by you after the start of production.

Damage or delays caused by customs issues, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided by you.

 

Applications submitted beyond the time limit or with incomplete supporting materials.

 

1.4 Resolution Options

For verified issues caused by PCBFuture, we will implement one of the following resolution options at our sole discretion:

 

Free rework or remanufacturing of products that meet the agreed specifications, and we will cover the standard international shipping costs for returning the defective product and re-delivery.

 

Full refund for the defective part of the order or the entire order, with the refund processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of eligibility confirmation.

 

A mutually agreed partial refund for minor non-conformities that do not affect the core functionality of the product, with no product return required.

 

1.5 Return Process

You submit the application and complete supporting materials to service@pcbfuture.com within the specified time limit.

 

We complete the review within 3 business days. Once the application is approved, we will issue a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

 

You must ship the product back within 10 business days, with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. We will not accept returned products without a valid RMA number.

 

After we receive and re-inspect the returned product, we will implement the corresponding resolution within 5 business days.

 

1.6 Shipping Costs

For verified issues caused by PCBFuture, we cover the standard international shipping costs for returning the product and re-delivery. Expedited shipping will only be covered with our prior written approval.

 

For non-eligible return applications, you are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and related taxes, and we will charge a 15% restocking and handling fee of the total order value.

 

You are responsible for proper anti-static and anti-collision packaging of returned products. We are not liable for damage during return shipping caused by inadequate packaging.

 

1.7 General Provisions

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. The revised Policy will be posted on our official website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
